14 Charles Street is a magnificent, 22,000 sq ft town house located within the Mayfair Conservation Area. Originally built in the early 1900s, it features four reception rooms and an impressive double height entrance hall.

ASG’s contract for the internal stonework included floor and wall tiling, fireplaces, worktops, bath tops, vanity tops and stone treads to the main staircase. Waterjet cutting technology was used for the patterned floors and ASG also supplied and installed all the metal and timber supporting structures required for the stonework. As is often the case with super-prime residential projects, the stonework was one of several high value finishes that had be installed within a tight programme and to the very highest standards of workmanship.
