Eaton Square was named ‘Most Expensive Place to Buy Property in Britain’ in 2016 and it remains one of London’s most affluent areas. 115 Eaton Square is a large, single-family dwelling house valued at several million pounds.   The building underwent a complete refurbishment and extension, with Bottocino marble used for pool surrounds in the new pool/spa complex. Elsewhere, bookmatched Blue marble was used for internal cladding and flooring, and vanity tops and bath surrounds.

With the highest quality finishes specified throughout the building, the marble needed to be designed and installed with meticulous attention to detail. We therefore decided to manufacture and dry lay all the stone in our London factory before it was packaged and delivered to site. This illustrated to the project team that the quality of the marble proposed achieved the specification, which reduced the need for onsite checking, thereby reducing the installation time.
